1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.
2. Services
Bmaas provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, social media management, content marketing, PPC advertising, and web design. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and BMaas.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our services to violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for BmaaS to perform the services. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content or data provided to us.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement. Payments are due according to the terms specified in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the services. This includes business information, client lists, and any other confidential material.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials created by BMaaS in the course of providing services remain the intellectual property of BMaaS until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the materials as outlined in the separate agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. BMaaS reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach any of these terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BMaaS does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
