Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: 25th May 2024
Milestone-Based Projects: All projects are divided into specific milestones. Each milestone represents a phase of the project that will be completed sequentially.
Discovery and Scope of Work: Every project begins with a thorough discovery and analysis phase, resulting in the creation of a detailed scope of work document. This document ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the project requirements, minimizing the risk of cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
Completed Work: Refunds are not available for work that has already been completed. Each milestone and module requires time and resources, and therefore, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
Mutual Termination: If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client will retain ownership of all completed work. Any payments for future development phases will be voided. However, no refunds will be issued for previous payments or deposits.
Post-Approval: Once the client approves the mock-up designs and the project moves into the development phase, no refunds will be issued.
Mid-Milestone Cancellations: Partial refunds are not available for projects that are in progress within a milestone phase.
Special Occasion Services: No cancellations are entertained for services offered by our marketing team on special occasions. These are limited-time offers and are non-cancellable.
Digital Marketing Packages: Digital marketing packages are non-refundable. However, clients may cancel these packages with a written notice provided 30 days in advance.
Abandoned or Dormant Projects: We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that have been abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 days.
